Dear Tom,
I want to take this opportunity to compliment you and your staff on their professionalism
and courtesy. I especially want to thank the two young ladies that spent almost the
entire afternoon with the children. Not only did the children enjoy themselves, but the
parents were given the opportunity to relax and enjoy the afternoon even more than
would be normal. The consensus opinion from the Calvert staff is that this year's picnic
was the best in recent memory. Once again thank you.
Enclosed please find a check representing an additional gratuity. The gratuity I included
in the payment you received the day of the event did not seem sufficient based on the
level of service we received and the feedback from our employees.
